By using I Won’t Die, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

By accessing or using our service, you (the “User”) confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, regardless of whether you are a registered User of I Won’t Die.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Bryan Johnson, Blueprint, or Don’t Die—except solely in the capacity of being customers of their products or services. Any references to these entities are provided for informational purposes only and do not imply any formal association or endorsement.

8. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for any content you post, transmit, or otherwise make available via I Won’t Die (“Content”). Solana Beach Labs does not control or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any Content. By using the service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and Solana Beach Labs is not liable for any such Content.

8.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

(a) Upload, post, or transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

(b) Harm minors in any way.

(d) Manipulate or forge identifiers to disguise the origin of any Content.

(e) Upload or post Content that you do not have the right to share or that infringes on any intellectual property or other rights.

(f) Engage in any unauthorized advertising, spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.

(g) Transmit any material containing viruses or other harmful code.

(h) Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue or otherwise negatively impact the real-time exchanges of other Users.

(i) Interfere with or disrupt the service or networks connected to the service.

(j) Violate any applicable law or regulation.

8.2 User Content Posted on the Service

You are solely responsible for the Content you post on or transmit through the service. You must not post Content that you did not create or do not have permission to share, that is false or misleading, or that violates these Terms or any law. While I Won’t Die does not pre-screen User Content, we reserve the right to remove or refuse any Content that we deem in violation of these Terms.

8.3 Additional Provisions

You agree that Solana Beach Labs may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and Content if required by law or for the protection of the service, its Users, or the public. You also agree that if you share I Won’t Die Content on an external website, it must include a link back to the relevant detail page on I Won’t Die.

9. Termination

Solana Beach Labs reserves the right to immediately terminate your account and access to the service without prior notice under circumstances including, but not limited to:

(a) Breaches or violations of these Terms.

(b) Requests from law enforcement or other governmental agencies.

(d) Material modifications or discontinuance of the service.

Termination will result in the removal of your access to all service offerings and deletion of your account and related information.

By registering with I Won’t Die, you acknowledge that your communications (including data transmissions) may be processed and stored on servers located in California and/or other jurisdictions. This may involve interstate and international data transfers.

11. Indemnity

12. No Resale of Service

15. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and software associated with the service (“Software”) contain proprietary and confidential information protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly authorized by Solana Beach Labs, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the service or Software. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service solely in the manner provided by Solana Beach Labs.

However, by making your Content available in publicly accessible areas of the service, you grant Solana Beach Labs a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such Content. 20. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. SOLANA BEACH LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 21. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SOLANA BEACH LABS OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:

(i) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE;

(ii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA;

(iii) ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON CONTENT POSTED ON THE SERVICE;

(iv) OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

22. Exclusions and Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

23. Trademark Information

The I Won’t Die name, logo, and related trademarks (“I Won’t Die Marks”) are trademarks of Solana Beach Labs. You agree not to use any I Won’t Die Marks without our prior written permission.

24. Copyright and Intellectual Property Infringement

Solana Beach Labs respects the intellectual property rights of others. Users are prohibited from using I Won’t Die in any way that infringes upon the copyright or other proprietary rights of any party. If you believe that your work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the required notice in accordance with applicable law.

25. General Information

Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Solana Beach Labs regarding your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements.

Choice of Law and Forum:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Diego County, California.

Waiver and Severability:
Any failure by Solana Beach Labs to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Non-Transferability:
Your I Won’t Die account is non-transferable, and any rights to your account terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all associated data deleted.

Statute of Limitations:
Any claim or cause of action arising from or related to the use of the service must be filed within one (1) year of the incident or claim, or it will be forever barred.
